These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the Restore Technology platform and its applications — ScopeTrack, ScheduleTrack, ResponseTrack, ClientTrack, and MaintainPro — together with all related software, websites, and services (the “Platform”), operated by Restore Technology (“we,” “us”). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms.

1. Ownership & Proprietary Rights

The Platform — including all software, source code, designs, user interfaces, text, graphics, logos, reports, templates, and data models (excluding Customer Data) — is owned by Restore Technology or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, trade secret, and other laws. All rights reserved. “Restore Technology,” “ScopeTrack,” “ScheduleTrack,” “ResponseTrack,” “ClientTrack,” and “MaintainPro” are trademarks of Restore Technology.

2. Authorized Use

Access is granted only to authorized users for their internal business purposes, subject to any applicable agreement. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, distribute, resell, sublicense, or create derivative works of the Platform, remove proprietary notices, or use it to build a competing product.

3. Accounts & Security

You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

4. Customer & Project Data

Data, documents, and photos you submit (“Customer Data”) remain the property of their owner. You grant Restore Technology a limited license to host, process, and display Customer Data to provide the Platform. You are responsible for having the rights and consents needed to submit it (including images of individuals).

5. Confidentiality

The Platform contains confidential information and trade secrets of Restore Technology. You agree not to disclose or use them except as permitted.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RESTORE TECHNOLOGY WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOSS OF PROFITS OR DATA.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access at any time for any violation of these Terms. Ownership, confidentiality, disclaimer, and liability provisions survive.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms; continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
